As multidimensional beings, the realms we occupy depend on what we give energy to. We are capable of tapping into higher densities of consciousness while still grounded in our current vibrational plane of existence. Equally, we can be dragged into lower frequencies of thought and behavior by negative influences.

She feels Jen is wasting energy on devices and pursuits that are literally draining her soul. A danger in this modern world we would all be wise to pay heed to.
