Many Earthlings who at times feel they do not belong here are starseed souls that previously lived on other planets. This feeling is more than mere disconnect from conventional Earth society. It is a knowing that home is somewhere out there. Another planet, constellation, perhaps even galaxy. Where your other friends and family are. Where your other life is. And where you do not feel like an alien.
